Proer operates under a strict no refund policy. All subscription fees paid for our employee productivity tracking and monitoring service are non-refundable under all circumstances.
2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1 How to Cancel
- You may cancel your Proer subscription at any time through your account dashboard
- Cancellation requests can also be submitted by contacting our support team at info@aasa.tech
- No cancellation fees apply
2.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect
- Subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- You will continue to have full access to all Proer features until the end of your paid subscription period
- Your subscription will not auto-renew for the next billing cycle after cancellation
2.3 Access After Cancellation
- Once your current billing period expires, your access to the Proer service will be suspended
- Your account data will be retained for 30 days after subscription expiration to allow for potential reactivation
- After 30 days, your account and associated data may be permanently deleted
3. No Prorated Refunds
- Even if you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, no prorated refunds will be provided
- You will continue to have access to the service for the entire period you have paid for
- This policy applies regardless of usage frequency or duration
4. Payment Disputes
4.1 Billing Errors

- Previously paid fees are forfeited
