Proer is an employee productivity tracking and monitoring software application that consists of:

  • Desktop application (available for Mac, Windows, and Ubuntu)
  • Web-based portal with interface
  • Real-time data collection and reporting features

The Service provides productivity tracking through:

  • Daily reports
  • User timeline tracking
  • Automated attendance calculation
  • Screenshot monitoring (when enabled)
  • Application activity tracking
  • Idle time and break time logs
  • Productivity reports and analytics

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use Proer, you must create an account by providing:

  • Organization name
  • Personal name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Employee ID
  • Organization’s working hours
  • Department information

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring all provided information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Data Collection and Monitoring

4.1 Scope of Monitoring

The desktop application collects data only when you are logged into the application, including:

  • Active window names and titles
  • Application usage with timestamps
  • Screenshots (if enabled by your employer)
  • Login/logout times
  • Idle time and break periods

4.2 Employee Consent

By using Proer, employees acknowledge and consent to:

  • Productivity monitoring during work hours
  • Data collection as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Screenshot capture (when enabled by employers)
  • Sharing of productivity data with authorized personnel

4.3 Employer Responsibilities

Employers using Proer must:

  • Obtain necessary employee consents as required by local laws
  • Use the Service only for legitimate business purposes
  • Comply with applicable employment and privacy regulations
  • Inform employees about monitoring practices and policies

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use Proer only for:

  • Legitimate employee productivity tracking
  • Business operations and management
  • Compliance with organizational policies

5.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Subscription Terms

  • Proer operates on a subscription-based model
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • You must provide valid payment information

6.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period

7.2 No Refunds

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable
  • No prorated refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of previously paid fees
